My professional career with Mr. Sriram started as an accident and was even surprised that a job was offered to me as I had come to the firm with a designation of a House wife ! ! that too after 15 years of completing graduation, without any computer skills or any professional knowledge what so ever required from a job seeker. . A big thank you to Mr. Sriram for the opportunity given for proving myself and having the vision to spot my capability.
Once inside the Firm, never looked back and within 10 years went on to become the Director of the Firm, managing not only the professional front but also the administration and finances of the Firm. Where do I begin?
I have been associated with TSMT and its predecessor firms in one way or other for the last 17 years of my life. I began as a student, then as an employee, then a client and then an employee again. During this time I have seen and been a part of the exciting journey from T. Sriram & Co. and Mehta & Tadimalla to the current day, where it is, T. Sriram, Mehta & Tadimalla.
A great place to work, learn and imbibe the lessons of the profession and life itself. A place where fun & learning never stops and more often than not both of these are concurrent events!!
