How can my long journey with TSMT be captured in a short note? My professional career with Mr. Sriram started as an accident — I was surprised that a job was offered to me when I came to the Firm as a ‘housewife’, fifteen years after graduation, without computer skills or professional knowledge. A big thank you to Mr. Sriram for the opportunity, and for having the vision to spot my capability.
Once inside the Firm, I never looked back, and within ten years went on to become Director — managing not only the professional front but also the administration and finances of the Firm. Mr. Sriram was a mentor, guide and friend all through.

I have been associated with TSMT and its predecessor firms in one way or another for the last 17 years — I began as a student, then an employee, then a client, then an employee again. I’ve seen and been part of the journey from T. Sriram & Co. and Mehta & Tadimalla to today’s T. Sriram, Mehta & Tadimalla.
